In 2014, PROFUND Consult examined the Indian market and several locations in Delhi for the implementation of a Madame Tussauds.
Madame Tussauds Delhi opened in December 2017. Until 2020, the attraction was located in the listed Regal Cinemas building, built in 1932, in the heart of the city. In 2022, the attraction moved to the DLF Mall of India shopping center in the Noida district.
